  4. Immune System Impact: Some pollutants can impact the immune system, making it harder for the body to fight off viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens. This can lead to an increased risk of infectious diseases.

Improving Indoor Air Quality

Improving the quality of air inside your home can be achieved through several practical measures:
