1. Can I be in the house during the process? What should I prepare?
Yes, you can! Put on a mask and stay in other part of the houe while work, every house has different requirements, our supervisors will walk you through the process and understand your need, nothing you need to do before hand, except - Keep all exposed food and water, if you want us to mist the matresses and pillow, remove the bedsheet and bed linen.
2. How long does it take?
It usually takes about an hour, depending on your household items and your property size
3. What will be disinfected?
All items in the house that is safe to be disinfected. Sofa, mattresses, toys etc
4. Is it child and pet safe?
Yes, it is. Our disinfectant is recommended by NEA and listed on their website.
5. Do we need to clean and mop the house after? What about the clothes and bed linen?
We need about 10-15 min of "contact time" between the disinfectant and surfaces as part of the disinfecting process after our misting. Our disinfectant is non-sticky and stainless, you would not need to mop the floor if you don't need to. All surfaces will dry up between 15-20min. Bed linen and clothes can continue to be used after it is disinfected there is no need to wash, if you dont want to. No residue is left after it is dry up.

7. Do you spray antimicrobial coating on our aircon and air purifier?
Yes, we will wash your aircon and air purifier filters and spray antimicrobial coating on the air filter, cooling fin and air outlet.
8. How to maintain the antimicrobial coating?
Clean all the high touch surfaces as per normal, the antimicrobial coating could last for 6 months. The surface will continue to self-disinfect reducing the need of using harsh disinfectant in the house.

The use of this surface is a supplement to and not a substitute for standard infection control practices. Users must continue to follow all current infection control guidelines, including those practices related to cleaning and disinfection of environmental surfaces.
Antimicrobial coated surfaces are subject to recontamination and the level of active microbes at any particular time will depend on the frequency and timing of cleaning and recontamination. In order for Antimicrobial coated surfaces to have proper antimicrobial effect, the surfaces must be cleaned according to directions for use. Antimicrobial coated surfaces cannot be waxed, painted, lacquered, varnished, or otherwise coated.
Routine cleaning to remove dirt and filth is necessary for good sanitation and to assure the effective antibacterial performance of this surface. Cleaning agents typically used for traditional hard, non-porous touch surfaces are permissible. The appropriate cleaning agent depends on the type of soiling and the measure of sanitization required.

We plan according to your living situation. Our trained supervisors armed with Certificate in Enviromental infection control and management, WHO Covid19 Infection control certificates and last but not least, APSIC Infection control certification, will be on site to work with you. The entire process will take about an hour.
Step 2 - Surfaces
1. Disinfect surfaces and household items
Misting of entire premise with 99.99% coverage. Our trained supervisors will assess your premises and work with you on your requirments. Misting of disinfectant using 3 channel ULV fogger, section by section, supervisor will check for coverage, any missed areas will be covered subsequently. Including mattresses, cupboards, sofa, toys, toilets etc. Follow by decontamination of toilets. Allowing all surfaces to dry according to disinfectant contact time to inactivate microboes
2. Disinfect and Protect - High touch surfaces by premium antimicrobial coating AHC23
Nano spray/Airbrushing/Wiping premium AHC23 coating on high touch surfaces. Toilets, home appliances, lobby, doors, bicycles, gym equipment etc. Allow the coating to cure and dry within one hour. The coated surfaces and equipments will self-disinfect, mitigating risk of tranmission of any viruses, bactera and growth of fungus.
Step 3 - Air
Treatment of antimicrobial coating on aircon and aircon filter. We will also treat your air purifier with the antimicrobial coating to enable the filter to inactive viruses and bacteria while trapping it, making it safe for users and cleaners. If your aircon filter or air purifer air filter is dustry, we will wash them before applying the antimicrobial coating.
